An Easy Marketing Tip To Keep Visitors Reading

I‘ve been using this tactic for some time now and frankly I‘m a bit surprised not many other marketers have used it…

We all know the age old debate over whether or not to put early links to the sale in a letter…

On one side, the persuasion experts say you don‘t want the prospect to jump ahead to the price before being fully accosted by the gauntlet of value building…

Basically… you don‘t want them to know it‘s $77 before hearing how it‘s worth $900… and how a similar system is sold elsewhere for $300…

The other school of thought is to get links on that page early and often…

The hope is to grab the short attention spanners and get them to the buy page before losing them for good…

Those two sides of the coin usually can‘t co-exist. Well… they can, with my method.

You use the early links (smaller fonts only) after expected triggers in the copy… But instead of leading them to the paypal page… order page… or even down to the package details or price… you have that link lead them directly to the value building.

Going back to the theoretical prospect…

He‘s lazy and won‘t read the long page. He‘s bored and you‘re going to lose him any second now. He sees a link and clicks, thinking it‘s a shortcut to the price. Instead he hits a part of the sales letter that goes…

You‘re ready to buy… but first you want to know how much it will cost. Well… I‘ve already shown you
